On 9 May 1950, the French Minister of Foreign Affairs Robert Schuman, made a declaration in the French Senate, pointing out that Europe needed to start working together, instead of making war. He had a vision that changed Europe.
We would like to present an initiative taken to remind in a joyful way the citizens of Europe of these facts. We propose an international Europe-wide series of TV-shows, suitable for family viewing and to be broadcasted in all Member States by the National Networks, official or commercial.
It will be a mix of entertainment and information, music, sports, health and food, devoted to the particularities of the European Member States. It will be a young and lively show where youth will play an important part. The show will be produced on location in the Member States, with input from local stars, celebreties and athletes, showing that Europe has common interests and achievements.

Voice Male, Mieke and Malisa Kids Group were asked to perform the One Europe road tour hymn Happy children of tomorrow. The tour is bound to be one of the biggest multimedia events ever. The song features 4 different languages.
This project puts forward all 27 EU member states as "united in diversity", focusing on environmental issues, art and mutual respect. The song aptly represents these values.
